Bill My Health Insurance can accept returns on unopened products - please note that any product that has been opened cannot be returned per FDA guidelines. Please note that this also includes all CPAP and BiPAP machines. A CPAP or BiPAP machine is considered opened if any hours are placed on the machine. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please contact us prior to returning merchandise to obtain a return authorization (RGA) number. Please feel free to give us a call if you are not sure about the items that you need before placing your order; for instance, CPAP mask sizes vary, even between different models from the same manufacturer. Our customer service department is extremely knowledgeable in CPAP therapy and will be glad to answer any question that you may have regarding sizing or product compatibility.
On the rare occasion that a product is received with a manufacture’s defect, call our office as soon as possible and we can troubleshoot the problem and take the appropriate steps. All CPAP and BIPAP machines come with a manufacturer 2 year warranty for manufacture defects. Any misuse of the equipment may void the warranty. All warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer.
